At Sazerac Stitches, we want you to love your lighting. If your handmade fixture isn't a perfect fit, we offer returns on standard items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully repack the fixture in its original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and components are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package back to our New Orleans studio.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item to ensure it is in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
